best juice extractor

Is carrot juice bad for you?

This might sound like a silly question, however I make a lot of my own fresh carrot juice at home with my juice extractor and a Vitamix blender saleslady at Costco said I should be concerned because of the high sugar content that fresh carrot juice has. What do you think?

The lady at costco is a moron. Yes, carrot juice is very good for you, however in extreme carrot consumption cases ( or any food with high beta carotene, because beta carotene is vitamin A, and vitamin A is fat soluble and excess will be stored in fat under the skin), it can make your skin start turning orange. But thats just extreme cases. But as far as sugar goes, the lady at Costco knows nothing about nutrition. The sugar in carrots is unrefined and is the ideal kind of sugar to have in your diet.
