You don't have to buy Jack's Juicer, you can buy any brand. Amazon.com has some good inexpensive juicers.

I've been on juice fasts. They really work. Not only did I lose weight, but my vision improved and colors became more vivid and I felt really good.

Buy some organic veggies or get them from your garden and juice them. Its worth it.
