Can using a juice machine make you heavier?

Does juicing fruits and veges put weight on you? I just bought a juicer and I do one fruit mix in the morning and in the evening I do a vegetable mix. Could this with my small meals through out the day and working out still put weight on me? A friend had mentioned to be careful about natural sugars? How many days a week should I juice then?
