Then fill it 3/4 with warm water.
Add 2-3 drops of dish soap.
PUT THE TOP ON.
Run it at high speed for about 20 seconds.
Then pulse it about 10 times.
Pour out the soapy water.
Rinse a couple times with hot water.
DONE!
