If I use a juicer to make my juice, how long will it stay fresh?

Like say tonight I make some juice with celery, spinach, apple, etc. and put it in the fridge to drink in the morning and the following morning, will it still be good? I'm sure I'll have to stir it but will the nutritional value be affected?

Yes, if at all possible you should drink it within an hour of making it. However, that is very impractical. I would give yourself a few extra minutes in the morning to make it fresh since this is possible, but not worry about it losing some of its value if you want to take some to work with you. Just do your best to drink it fresh whenever possible.
