What should I do with all the pulp that collects in my juicer?

The other day I made orange-apple juice with my electic juicer. I used 2 apples, 1 orange and 5 clementines and it squeezed out 2 glasses of juice for me and my husband, but there was so much pulp that went to waste. I added some of the pulp back into the juice, but there was still lots left out. My husband gave me and idea and said to use it in fruit pies. Can you make apple sauce/fruit puree out of the pulp, and how can you make it?

*wholesome rice in fruit pulp

½ cup Fruit pulp
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 pinch Cardamom powder or
1 drop Vanilla essence; (optional)
2 tablespoon Cooked rice; (2 to 3)
1 slice Wheat or milk bread
2 tablespoon Sweetened milk

Use a transparent small bowl so you can see the layers. Place slice of bread at bottom (remove crust keep aside) Sprinkle the milk over it. Mix together rice, pulp, sugar, cardamom. Pour over breadslice, set in fridge to chill. Make crumbs of crust, sprinkle over mixture. Serve chilled on a hot summer afternoon. Making time: 15 minutes (excluding chilling and rice cooking)

*Spicy Fruit-Glazed Shrimp

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup fruit pulp
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
32 large shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 1 1/2 pounds)
Cooking spray
8 lime wedges

Bring water and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add fruit pulp, stirring well, and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes.
Strain fruit mixture through a sieve into a large bowl; discard seeds. Add lime juice, soy sauce, red pepper, and salt, stirring well. Set 1/2 cup passion fruit mixture aside. Add shrimp to remaining fruit mixture, and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.
Prepare grill.---Thread 4 shrimp on each of 8 (10-inch) skewers. Place skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 2 minutes on each side or until done, basting with reserved 1/2 cup fruit mixture. Serve with lime wedges.
