How to juice pineapple and pears with the twin health juicer?

I have it and tried every screen but it still foams up..

I own a sunbeam juicer. What's a twin health juicer? All I do is cut the hard layer off the pineapple, put it in the chute turn on the juicer and push the fruit down. I do the same with pears although sometimes I take off the skin and remove the seeds. The juice will always froth up. It's the process it goes through (to remove the fruit fibres etc so it is smooth). If you put it in the fridge and stir it it shouldn't be really frothy although I do find apple juice is quite frothy.
